the staff was very friendly! i enjoyed the cleanliness, and the hotel had 3 restaurant choices. on-site parking was available, and it was a quick walk to many activities. the location made getting around very easy.

Excellent Downtown Stay

clean room late checkout improved view higher level

I found the room quite clean upon arrival. The room service menu offered fewer choices, so I dined downstairs. The late checkout time was a definite plus (very convenient!). The front desk moved my room to the 23rd floor after I requested a better city view.

rude employee inconsistent access

The rooftop bar access was inconsistent (this was especially annoying). One night it was closed for a private event. Another time, I was told the outdoor couches were reserved even though they were empty. the room service didn't deliver water promptly, and the employee was rude about it.
